Universal Studios, Florida is one of the essential places to visit when you are on vacation in Florida. There is no other theme park like it. SeaWorld was dealt a major blow on Thursday when it was ruled that it can only expand it's San Diego killer whale tanks if it no longer carries out captive breeding.
The California Coastal Commission approved the expansion but voted 11-1 for an amendment forbidding SeaWorld from breeding, selling or transferring its whales, a spokeswoman said.

Orange County's board of commissioners granted zoning approval Tuesday night for the $500 million Skyplex Orlando project. The unanimous vote means that developer Joshua Wallack and his family can move to the planning and construction phase on their project to build the 570-foot "Skyscraper" coaster and surrounding entertainment complex on Orlando's International Drive.

Toy Story Land, a VR LEGO coaster and the high-octane Fast & Furious – Supercharged are among the many Orlando attractions set to open in 2018.
The Theme Park Capital of the World will be home to new thrill rides, water attractions, movies, hotels and dining experiences.
“Every Orlando vacation is unique, with so many attractions and activities for visitors to mix and match, but 2018 will be an exceptional year for experiences that really stand out,” said George Aguel, President and CEO for Visit Orlando.
