Exploring Downtown Disney

Exploring Downtown Disney

What with the Magic Kingdom Theme Park, Epcot Centre, Disney’s Hollywood Studio’s attractions, two water parks and the Animal Kingdom, you would think that there couldn’t possibly be much else to see and do within Disney World Orlando. This thought however, is incorrect.

At the Disney World resorts in Orlando, Florida there is the constant buzz of activity and the Downtown Disney Area is of no exception. As a constant hive of activity, Disney’s Downtown area is constantly alive with entertainment, dining facilities and a complete shop till you drop atmosphere.

Big Announcements from Universal Orlando

Forums:  Theme Parks

This morning Jim Timon, Senior VP of Entertainment, and Mark Woodbury, President of Universal Creative, went on Twitter and made some big announcements about the upcoming additions to Universal Orlando. Before I start giving you these announcements let me tell you, NO they did not mention anything about the Jaws/Amity area of Universal Studios. It seems that is still a much guarded secret!

Here are the announcements though:

1. There will be a new Blue Man Group show starting in February.

2. Spiderman is getting reanimated in 4k digital high-definition in March.
